How to Apply

At our school, 50% of the 30 places in each school year will be offered solely on the basis of distance from your home to our permanent site in Whetstone and 50% to families who practice Judaism. Our Admissions Policy can be downloaded from here.

Applications for Reception for September 2018

If your child was born between 1st September 2013 and 31st August 2014 they will start in Reception in September 2018. Applications for admission to Reception in September 2018 will be accepted from 1st September 2017 to 15th January 2018.  Our open days/evenings for this intake will take place between October and December 2017.

In order to apply:

  1. Everyone must complete a Common Application Form (CAF) which can be accessed from your Local Authority's website.
  2. You are also requested to complete our Supplementary Information Form (SIF) which you can access here (applications for consideration under our faith criteria cannot be considered without a completed SIF)

In-year applications

If you wish to apply for a place at Alma Primary at any point outside the normal Reception intake this is called an In-Year admission.  There are two parts to this application process:

  1. Everyone should complete the In-Year Application Form which can be accessed from your Local Authority's website.
