Last week, Year 1 went on a school trip to Barnet Fire Station. We have been learning about our local heroes and got to meet real life firefighters. They showed us all around the fire station, including where they eat, sleep and play! We then watched a fire fighter slide down the fireman pole and we heard the station siren. Before we left we had a go at using the hoses and sprayed water everywhere! It was a really fun trip and we all learnt lots.
