Today for RE week we looked at the religion of Islam. We learnt about the Five Pillars of Islam and how Muslims lead their lives. We then enjoyed lots of different carousel activities: making our own prayer mats, making Lego mosques, designing a poster all about the Five Pillars, colouring Islamic patterns and making a Ramadan lantern. We also discussed similarities with Judaism.
