Our theme for this half-term is World Sports and Games. We located the host countries/ cities of the Olympics on a world map using atlases and answered the following question: In which continents have the Olympics never taken place and why? We also discussed why some host countries might have been chosen more than once. Great research and geographical skills Year 6!
