We learnt that plants reproduce and the seeds are plant babies. We learnt that seeds come in all different shapes and sizes according to their uses. We used magnifying glasses to look carefully at the seeds of fruits and vegetables to see their differing shapes and sizes. We know that strawberries have seeds on the outside but not the inside, and can have at least 200 seeds on them! We also know that avocado seeds are so big because they were originally used to feed giant animals!
